They are always very punctual and I like the features provided via text messaging for appointment notifications, confirmations, reminders and pop-up messages for last minute appointment openings. I’ve been going there for a many years and now my grown children are using them also. By far it is the best dental office I’ve been to.

This was my first appointment at Elliott Family Dentistry after getting new insurance. As someone with a bit of dental anxiety, I'm always very mindful of reviews, so I felt it right I write my own. This was the best dental experience I've ever had. Every individual I interacted with was extremely kind, patient, and educating. I ask questions to better understand what's happening to make myself feel better and the staff all did a phenomenal job answering my admittedly inane questions. The 2-hour intake feels like a lot on paper, but it allows the process to go at a reasonable pace, and Mary was able to take 3D scans of my teeth, scrape off some gunk, do some lasers for some areas with more persistent bacteria, and more. As expected, I didn't get a ton of time with Dr. Elliott himself, but the few minutes I did have, he was very helpful, offering me some recommendations on next steps for periodontic work that I likely need and getting me additional contact information and explaining why he felt that referral was the right way to go. Even at the front desk, talking through insurance and payment, super patient, very understanding, and extremely friendly. It's a lovely place, and I'm really happy to have found them, it created a lot of peace of mind for me out of something that used to feel much more anxiety-inducing.
